Five Moves to Larger Arms

4. Lying Arm Extention. Having trouble building those stubborn tricep muscles in the back of your arm? Worry no more! This exercise is perfect for building those troublesome spots in the tricep area! You will have bigger triceps in no time!

To have effective results from these exercises, do 8-12 repetitions of each exercise. Count at least 3 seconds for the beginning, 1 second hold, and 3 seconds to return ot the starting position. For weight size, if you canno perform at least 8 repetitions the weight is too heavy, if you can easily perform 12 repetitions, the weight is too light. Adjust accordingly. Also, perform each of these exercise 3-4 times a week, but always allow one day of rest in-between!
